The challenge
- Notices, activity papers and the chairman’s letters were prepared by hand in Word and scattered across WhatsApp groups.
- Residents had no single place to buy, sell or offer services to neighbours, or to report problems in the neighbourhood.
- The committee needed a clear, read-only view of monthly security fee collection for meetings, without passing spreadsheets around.

What we did
- An official SVRA website with the committee, activities and an activity calendar.
- SpringVale Hub: a community marketplace for property, vehicles, jobs, products, services and events, with resident accounts and listing guidelines.
- A committee app that turns forms into official documents: activity proposals, attendance, surveys and reports generated as PDF, plus the chairman’s monthly letter and announcements emailed to residents.
- A resident report form (stray animals, leaks, broken lights and more) and a password-protected fee monitoring screen for committee meetings.

The result
- Committee documents follow one official format and are produced in minutes instead of hours.
- Residents get announcements and the chairman’s letter by email, and a marketplace of their own neighbours.
- Every change is recorded in an audit log, and finished documents are locked once their PDF is issued.
