The challenge
- The site publishes something almost every week: industry news, circulars and policies, announcements, events and annual reports.
- It runs on WordPress with a page builder and slider plugins, where a careless update can break page layouts.
- Membership forms, member listings and downloadable reports have to stay available to members and the public at all times.

What we did
- A monthly Web Care package: WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, checked against the existing page builder layouts.
- Scheduled off-site backups, plus uptime and security monitoring.
- Speed checks, and content edits each month for news, events and announcements.
- A monthly report in plain language, and a direct line for urgent fixes.

- The association keeps publishing without worrying about updates, backups or security.
- Members can always reach the forms, circulars and reports they need.
