Updates to WordPress, themes and plugins, off-site backups, uptime and security monitoring, and monthly content edits. Response times are 2 working days (Basic), 1 working day (Advance) or 4 hours (Premium). We maintain sites for clients in Kuantan and across Malaysia.
Plans run month to month after a 3-month minimum, so we have time to stabilise your site properly.
We restore from a clean backup and remove the malware. Clean-up is included in Advance and Premium Care.
