The challenge
- The investment website had no significant update for more than five years, making Pahang look less active than competing states.
- Layouts were not responsive and pages were slow, even though most investors start their research on a phone.
- The site worked like a static brochure, with no clear path for an investor to find sectors, incentives or the right contact.

What we did
- A 3-month engagement starting with a Business Requirements Study (BRS) to capture investor needs.
- Sitemaps and wireframes built around investor journeys, followed by UI design and prototyping.
- Bilingual content, staff ICT training, and a 24-month Web Care agreement for maintenance and technical support.

The result
- A responsive investment portal that represents Pahang as a business-ready state.
- Clear calls-to-action that guide investors to the One-Stop-Agency team.
- An in-house team trained to update content, with 24 months of Web Care covering updates, backups and support.
